Administration Assistant       Ref.:GO-AA

Responsibilities:

  • To arrange office supplies & facilities purchasing and maintenance

  • Provide administrative support to the leasing and property management

  • Responsible for conference room schedule

  • Responsible for daily operation of central e-filing and warehouse storage

  • To handle tickets and hotel reservations for business travellers

  • Prepare Statutory Return and relevant supplement information to Insurance Authority

  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience

  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese & Mandarin

  • Proficiency in Word and Excel ,both Chinese and English typing

  • Responsibility, Hard work and good interpersonal skill
